"Signing"

Jeanette Ryan heads up the "Signing Ministry". Signing is offered for our hearing impaired members and visitors during the 10:00 AM Worship Service.

"Church Office Volunteers"

Maning the telephones or greeting visitors who come into the church office during the week is a ministry the clergy and church staff rely on to help them accomplish their every day tasks. Durella Farmer and Bets Hesse are a few of our wonderful church volunteers.

"Ministry of Music and Worship Arts

There is always room in the choir. There is no audition required, just a desire to sign "unto the Lord". Orchestra and praise teams/bands are open to all who are gifted in these areas but please be prepared to audition for orchestra or praise team or band.

"Community Life Ministry"

If you enjoy meeting people or have been given the gift of "hospitality", Community Life Ministries is the perfect opportunity of serving. Our "greeters" meet our members and visitors as they enter the Sanctuary and help newcomers feel welcome. Our "hospitality" ministers help prepare and support church functions.

"Acolyte Ministry"

The Acolyte ministry is for our younger members who have a desire to help the clergy during the worship services.

"Chalice Bearers"

Chalice bearers offer the wine to the communion recipient after the clergy has offered the bread.

"Lay Eucharistic Ministry"

Holy Communion is an intricate part of our worship; Lay Eucharistic Ministers take communion to those who are sick, hospitalized or homebound

"Lay Readers"

At each service, pre-assigned scriptures are read aloud prior to the preaching of the sermon.
