Blessing of the Animals

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2025 - 9:00am

Local people and their pets gather at the outdoor Chapel by the back pond as Immanuel clergy ask God's blessing on all creatures -- both our animal companions and all animals of the world. After a brief service, each animal present (and their human) will be prayed for individually and given a treat bag. Please have all animals under leash control or in a carrier. 5:15pm- until ~ Blessing of the Vessels that make their Living on the Sea

and Community Fish Feast provided by Brotula's Restaurant.

WOMEN'S RETREAT at BLUE LAKE

NOVEMBER 6-8, 2026

Women are invited to this special annual retreat time with the Lord to grow in wisdom, understanding, community and faith. We will encourage one another to be prepared for our Lord's coming, recognizing the Father's, the Holy Spirit's and Jesus' work in us is real. In sharing our faith journeys, we strengthen our personal relationship with Jesus, enabling us to impact the world around us.
